A lot has happened since the sales partnership between HARTJE and SRAM began. SRAM expanded its product portfolio extensively with the addition of the ROCK SHOX, TRUVATIV, AVID and QUARQ brands, and consolidated its market position in the long term with trail-blazing product design. We have readily accompanied them along this path and so today can offer specialist retailers a series of services:

SRAM Service

Special technology needs special support. As a SRAM distributor, we consider it our duty to do everything we can to support our customers. For servicing or maintenance work, for particularly tricky repairs, or even for just a quick tip on the telephone, our Service Team provides competent assistance at all times.

Our Service Team’s portfolio of services includes not only organising dealership seminars but supporting the SRAM booth at interregional trade shows and taking care of racing teams during cycling events at national and international level.
